This policy explains how information submitted through the website is handled, including consultation, energy-product enquiry and preliminary AI assessment information. If a paid service or product transaction proceeds, the actual service provider or seller will be identified in the written quotation or agreement.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details, company and entity information, questionnaire answers, consultation messages, selected products, requested quantities, buyer type, destination, intended use, quote or delivery correspondence, login records, and technical security data such as IP-derived rate-limit identifiers. Do not submit passwords, full tax identifiers, bank credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

How we use information

We use information to provide assessments and consultations, respond to product enquiries, prepare quotations and delivery discussions, maintain customer records, protect the service, improve our workflows, and meet applicable business or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and AI processing

Hosting, email, security, analytics, logistics, and configured AI model providers may process limited information on our behalf where needed for the relevant service. You can delete assessment records from your customer account. For access, correction, or broader deletion requests, email hello@torgoodglobal.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
