Information we collect

We may collect contact details, company and entity information, questionnaire answers, consultation messages, login records, and technical security data such as IP-derived rate-limit identifiers. Do not submit passwords, full tax identifiers, bank credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

How we use information

We use information to provide assessments and consultations, maintain customer records, protect the service, improve our workflows, and meet applicable business or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and AI processing

Hosting, email, security, analytics, and configured AI model providers may process limited information on our behalf. AI questionnaire content may be sent to the model provider selected by an administrator. We limit submitted context and require providers to be configured before production use.

Your choices

You can delete assessment records from your customer account. For access, correction, or broader deletion requests, email hello@torgood.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
